GB8965-98 Chinese National Standard for Flame Retardant Clothing The Chinese National Bureau of Standards promulgated the standard for industrial flame retardant clothing in 1998 with reference to the 1988 standard of the same name and international standards of the same kind, which provides detailed regulations on the following aspects: overall performance of flame retardant clothing, flame retardant performance of clothing and seams, mechanical properties of clothing, construction design of clothing, processing and production, marking of finished products and packaging and transportation, inspection methods, etc.
