Aramid fiber untwisted roving fabrics, mainly with Aramid 1414 filament, untwisted roving is made from parallel raw filaments or parallel monofilament sets. The monofilament diameter of aramid fibers used in the production of roving varies from 5 to 15 μm. The number of twist-free roving ranges from 100 to 8000 (tex). Twist-free roving can be used directly in certain composite process molding methods, such as special textile, sheet prepreg, pipe winding, profile pultrusion and other processes. Twist-free roving can be woven into twist-free roving fabric and special aramid fabrics for aerospace, defense, military and other special industries because of its uniform tension.
